Herbalife Ordering

• Only online orders will be accepted by Herbalinea.
• The use of your major credit card is acceptable on our main website.
• Immediately after your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail.
• Anywhere from 1-2 days, you will receive tracking information so that you can track your shipment.
• When entering the billing address, it must be identical to the billing address that is in the database of your bank or credit card company.
• Ensure that your e-mail can receive e-mails from herbalinea.com because your order confirmation will come from info @ herbalinea.com.

Payment

When ordering, it is assumed that full payment will be made upon time of purchase. All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX & Discover). Therefore, if order is not paid for in full, the product won’t be made and we won’t contact you. If you don’t intend on paying for your product, please do not purchase from Herbalinea.com.

Shipping & Delivery

Products can only be shipped via FedEx in the United States of America. Products won’t be shipped internationally. Because FedEx does not ship to a P.O. Box, all orders placed with a P.O. Box will be put on hold until a non-P.O. box can be obtained. Be sure to specify how you would like your products shipped.

The following shipping options via FedEx are available:
• FedEx Home Delivery
• FedEx 2-Day
• FedEx Overnight Standard

Herbalife Shipping Standards

For all our Herbalife products, it is our practice to employ Herbalife’s Standard Shipping Procedures. The following standards below are there to better help you understand when a product should be sent.

• Orders placed before 12:00PM EST/PST will be sent to the warehouse and shipped the same day from either Memphis, TN or Los Angeles, CA.
• Orders placed after 12:00PM EST/PST will be sent to the warehouse the same day and shipped the next day from either Memphis, TN or Los Angeles, CA.
• Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of purchase on a business day. No shipments are made on weekends.
• Due to backlogs, products placed between the 25th and 3rd of the following month may be slightly delayed.
• During December holiday season, there may be shipping delays due to surge shipping.

Please review your order before placing order because once order has been placed, there can be no changes made to it.

From time to time, popular items are put on backorder at the Herbalife warehouse. We do not receive notification of this beforehand; therefore, we cannot let you know if an item you have ordered is on backorder. The backordered item will usually be shipped separately via USPS and sometimes via FedEx. Once the order is sent to the Herbalife warehouse, backordered items cannot be expedited or cancelled. If the backordered item was part of a larger next day or 2-day shipping plan, a credit cannot be applied because no credit is applied to us from Herbalife.

Orders shipped on Friday via the overnight or 2-day plan will arrive Monday or Tuesday respectively. Orders shipped with FedEx overnight will arrive before 3:00PM on the next business day.

Order-Ship Time

Order-ship time is the entire time it takes, from when you order your item, to when you receive your item. This order-ship time is a reflection on us, but also on the external agencies that we use to ship for us. Because of this, we cannot make any guarantees on how long your product will take to arrive.

Herbalinea ensures that your order will be placed with Herbalife International Inc. within 48 hours of your purchase. Herbalife International Inc. has a policy of 24-48 shipment processing time.

Return Policy

Currently, we cannot entertain any returns on online orders. However, since our products are shipped from the nearest warehouse to your location, your satisfaction will always be guaranteed.
